Red Wing Postman

In the early 1960’s, policemen still walked their beats and the postman walked his mail route. They needed comfortable and sturdy footwear for the eight hours spent on their feet. Red Wing responded with the #101 & #9196, a sturdy black oxford and chukka with a moldable insole. Of course they'll look good on your harley as well.

Bought this 1979 GS1000 for a reasonable price. Sending the tins & plastic for a fresh coat of paint.
Watch this space for future update! I think this beast is a keeper.

The Dream CB750 Four

Here's one Jap bike I don't mind having. The CB750 Four hit the market in July 1969 and was Honda's first mass-production model with a large powerplant. Hit me up if you know of any for sale. I'm really interested.

Triumph Hitting Our Shores

Been eyeing for a vintage Triumph for some time now but have always concerned with the reliability and maintainance bit. Finally we have an official dealer of Triumph in Malaysia. Check out the Triumph Bonneville T100, a timeless 1960s styling but with a 21st century engineering. Only thing stopping me from buying this yesterday is the price tag. This 865cc beast retails for RM71,900. Damn you taxes.

Schott Perfecto Jacket

The Schott Perfecto from NYC is the quintessential biker jacket. A must have in the wardrobe of any respectable biker.

MilSub

This British military issue Rolex Submariner from mid-70s sold on eBay for £50,200.00. It was owned by his father who used to work in the military back in the day. I wish I could find these kind of gem in my dad's old drawer. Oh well, maybe I'll leave one for my kids to find 30 years from now.

More pics after the jump.
